6 WEEK COURSE

All aspiring EMTs must complete a state-approved education course for Emergency Medical Technicians.  Pass the course, high-fidelity scenario skills and NREMT written exam.  Students must pass a background check.  Our courses provide hands-on-learning, lecture material in-person or online.

AHA CPR basic is included in the courses.  The “Fast Track” EMT Course is a rapid, high intensity course that requires dedication to complete in a short period of time.

This course will consist of lectures on Monday and Tuesday from 18:00 to 22:00.  Skills will be on Wednesday from 18:00 to 22:00.  Every other Saturday, 4 hours of lecture and 4 hours of skills.  Our courses typically last 160 hours, including CPR, HAZMAR and MCI training.  This course is a hybrid course lasting for 6 weeks with independent time outside of in-person time.  Clinical time is provided at Bemidji Ambulance.  Other locations for clinical time can be approved.

This course includes all study materials, textbook, eBook and Pearson “My Brady” Lab and Skills Lab fees.   Psychomotor Exam fee is also included in the cost of the course.  Final NREMT written testing fee is the student’s responsibility.
